RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Our biggest goal here at LMC Puppy Boutique, is to serve our beautiful and loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can within our policy, to try and make it all better.

Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you wish to exchange your merchandise, please see our policy below.

 

Procedures for returns and exchanges:

  • All items can be returned for a refund minus 20% restocking fee only if the item is in its original packaging, all tags are intact, and items have not been worn.
  • All return requests must be received within 7 days of the date you received your order. Just click on Contact Us and submit your request. Someone will contact you via email with a RMA#, usually within 2days.
  • If return request is over 7 days we will not handle any request for a return or exchange.
  • All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE ITEM and is not eligible for return.
  • Customer pays for shipping on all returns/exchanges.
  • If customer received free shipping on your order and then decided to return the shipment, we will issue the refund less the shipping fee and 20% restocking fee.

*Make sure to look over items as soon as you get them. If you think you’ve received a defective item or the wrong item please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of order and someone will respond within 2 business days.

**We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the above conditions are not met.

***Personalized items, Sports Team items and Special Order items are not returnable.
